Just to close the loop on this i was able to replicate the original problem on other chargers. Apple sent me a new phone before the latest iOS update and either way it’s now working. Thanks you your help.

I ended up sending the phone back, getting a replacement. Thx for people’s help.

I just turned off optimised battery charging and my phone is currently at 40% (previous tests the phone as been at 90% plus) so should be charging but does not.

thats good to know. I dont have a case. I'll try my old phone when I get a chance and if that doesnt work looks like I'll need to book a service appointment

Still no joy. I tried a reset (scroll wheels) and a power/on/off. I also tested the wireless pad plugged in via the rear usb c. Nothing from the wireless pad. FYI the phone will charge via a cable from the various usb c outlets (front and rear).

I have tested the phone and it charges wireless elsewhere. I have also tried multiple positions in the charger as well as taking the pad put of the thing it sits to try to get some kind of contact. I’ll try a reboot shortly and report back.

I have a new iPhone 12 pro and can no longer charge wirelessly. I have the 70 reg 2019 Model 3 that came with the wireless charger and new frunk design. I don’t have my old phone to test unfortunately. Anyone else with the same configuration? Thx

I had read on here that causes its own issues (not sure what). Also generally sharing app logins isn’t good practise. I’d like to void if possible. I really can’t see why this is so difficult!

Make sure your keyboard region is set correctly, if you have special characters then this may be the cause?
