    Choices choices!

Correct! They would pay for a home charger but I already have a Zappi installed at home

Thanks - I love my 3 and love driving it but it does have its limitations with regards to load and passenger carrying.

    Choices choices!

I thought the hatchback might give a bit more flexibility with larger loads and the higher seats better for older passengers and drivers. Test driving a Y tomorrow

    Choices choices!

Good point, but then I wondered whether I really needed the performance (my long range model 3 is quite fast enough for me!) and whether getting a long range with enhanced autopilot (which I’ve not had before) in my preferred colour might be preferable.

    Choices choices!

Hi - I’m currently driving a Model 3 long range, the car is nearly 3 years old and will return to the lease company at the end of the lease next month. Timing wise it couldn’t be better as I’m about to change jobs and my new company buys their fleet cars instead of leasing them. They have a...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

An exciting day today as my Model 3 LR is being delivered to my home by the lease company. In terms of handover, I'll obviously check for panel gaps and such like. In terms of what should come with the vehicle, what should be there in terms of charging cables etc.?

    Model 3 Leasing UK

My delivery date is now fixed for Friday 30th April and I'm super excited! Although I got it through Carparison (deal outlined above) the actual agreement and financing is through ALD Automotive Ltd. Any idea when the app. will show my car on it? I'm assuming the lease company has to activate...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

That’s the price excluding VAT but before salary sacrifice, so it will actually cost me at least 40% less than that as I’m a higher rate tax payer. See screenshot of e-Mail.

    Model 3 Leasing UK

That's what I figured too - my guess is they bought a load including the Govt. grant which is why they're way cheaper than any other leasing deal out there at the moment. Pre-reg are considered not so good if you're buying a car as effectively you're the second owner. However for a lease car -...

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I thought that at first, but when I looked at the location I need to collect the car from on Google, there appears to be rather a lot of cars parked there!

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I've just placed an order through Carparison for a white LR, 3-year lease (no insurance or servicing), 15,000miles p.a. They are pre-reg vehicles (31/3/21), but I couldn't care less as I'm never going to own the vehicle anyway. £554.49+VAT per month seems a pretty good deal (1 month up front...

    Tesla Leased Annual Maintenance Requirement?

Rather than start a new I thought I'd piggy back on this one! I'm just about to take a 3 year lease on a Model 3 LR via Vanarama. I'm doing it through a salary sacrifice scheme with my work. Vanarama are trying to persuade me that adding on the maintenance package (£62.88 per month) is a good...

Higher value EVs not eligible for £3,000 PiCG (grant) anymore!

No - nowhere near half paid yet

Higher value EVs not eligible for £3,000 PiCG (grant) anymore!

Thanks for this - very interesting. I hadn't actually considered taking a loan, but you make a compelling case. The Tesla Loan is actually at a better APR than my bank is offering so I may use that. I'm having to clear a lot of negative equity on a PCP with Audi Finance that I want to finish...

    Salary Sacrifice

Thanks @JupiterMan - that's really helpful advice. I'm bombarding Mr Octopus with lots of questions at the moment!

    Salary Sacrifice

Hi All - Newbie here! I've been watching YouTube videos about Teslas for a while now and had a test drive of a model 3 long range on Saturday. Wow - what a car! As I'm only just over a year into a PCP for an Audi A5, it's not really economic for me to change at the moment due to negative...
