Just wanted to add something else --- if you're in stop-and-go traffic where you go very slowly or go very little, with the A/C blasting, that'll have a dramatic effect on your overall range too. Just in case the AC is the main consumer of your energy. Look at your energy consumption screen...

Probably not representative, but I just got back from a road trip where the last 30 miles include highway (75mph) and local (40mph). The consumption was just 210whm. Pleasant surprise!

Your math looks right to me! But here's how I extrapolated the range: I used the estimated range at the time and the state of charge. I think the car estimated that I had a range of about ~240 miles (again, blurry memory now) and I had about ~60% of charge left. So 240 / 0.6 = 400.

Well, the trip wasn't long so I only needed to stop at one super charger. It was a tesla supercharger but it wasn't one of those 250KW ones, so the charging from 30% - 80% took around 30 minutes. Before leaving the rental, the car was charged using the 100v plug.

Or...when you first open the liftgate in your garage, grab it before it hits your garage door. Push it up manually and slowly until you're comfortable with the height. Then press/hold the button for 5 seconds to save the position. Yeah... I wish my delivery specialist had told me this though...

I also want to give a shout out to my local SA at Indianapolis. I’ve bought a 3 and a Y here over the past 2 years, and the SA has been nothing short of excellence. Good communication consistently. Much much better than normal dealerships fo sure!

Similar experience here! While I originally ordered back on Aug 14, I changed the interior color on Sep 7 thinking that I probably won’t see the car this quarter at all. But the delivery text came on Sep 13 (a Sunday!) and I’m picking it up on Sep 25.

Just got word from SA - my VIN is in the 49xxx range.

Just got a text to schedule for delivery! I am in the Indianapolis area. Ordered LR AWD Blue/White on August 14. Still no VIN yet. Very excited!
