    2017 AWD - no heat

    well, here we go. I replaced the PTC with an ebay unit.... no heat. Checked the 30A fuse (#113) under the hood....no heat. Now it is on to the DCDC converter box and the big 40A cartridge fuses.

    Both struts on the driver's side sag... air leak down I am a pretty decent mechanic, but looking at the Tesla parts catalog for the air suspension...I don't see how this is possible. The F and Rear lines are not joined anywhere - each individual line runs to the air distro block. What is going...

    So a drop to one side is failure of simultaneous leaks in F and R on the same side. Crazy.

    Hubbell 14-50R Receptacle (HBL9450A)

    If you're going to be cycling the plug daily / weekly (i.e. taking the mobile charger unit with you daily), the Hubbell outlet is the only way to go. The $8 Leviton is not rated for repeated unplug/plug in cycles. I've installed a Leviton because the mobile charger is being installed once and...
