Just resurrecting this thread to say that this cavern behind the cooling system is unreal. I have a RWD M3 and have been having A/C issues. Turns out a rock was kicked up, went into the cavern, and lodged itself into the radiator fan causing it to fail. Of course it's not covered by warranty...

Today this grey circle showed up on my display. I have no idea what it is, but it's persistent and immovable. Anyone ever seen it before?

Got mine on the 16th... It's super frustrating. Our brand new cars lost value literally overnight. They should at least retrofit the heat-pump free of charge if they're adding it.
