When I picked mine up at SC end of November the car was waiting. Rep took me outside and allowed me to fully inspect inside and out before going in to accept delivery and sign and finalize the purchase. This was in Chicago.

For example I just got a black MY LR end of November, doesn’t have dual motor emblem. Friend got a white MY LR, says dual motor.

Do all new model Ys have Dual Motor logo on the back? Or do some colors not have this. I have seen some with and some without. Thanks

I was driving a BMW X5 when I ordered my MY. Gave the BMW to my wife since she likes it and traded her car to get the Tesla. The ride, quiteness, and performance of the MY blows the X5 away in my opinion. Not to mention all the tech. Very happy with the MY.

Picked up new model Y today in highland Park, Chicago area today. Absolutely no issues, car is immaculate. Was out in less than 30 minutes, including dropping off a trade.

Believe it means you have a vehicle that is at least scheduled to be built soon. I had a vin assigned 11/3 and my sa told me it was scheduled to be built 11/07. I pick up Saturday.

Ask your TA or in my case service center rep told me. Most times they will tell you.

I do not think they would.

It’s about 2 inches across and fairly deep along with scratches. Plus it’s near the edge and the molding is separating near the spot so seems like it was hit pretty good.

About a 2 inch dent, near edge.
