I got the Text from Tesla today for Home Delivery on 28th, I rang them they gave me the VIN 10th digit is M. I ordered on 6th of September through NHSFS.

Are all the M3 cars listed in the UK inventory are 2021 refresh models? All M3S+ have 267 WLTP. Some are in London rather than in transit. Does it mean all the ones on the ship are refresh models?

7th of September is the date they said they put the order in, I did it maybe two weeks before.

I spoke to my leasing company NhsFleetSolutions for an RN number, they said they don't have once. Anyone used this company please. They said car was ordered on the 7th of September (M3 S+). I am hoping it's on RCC Antwerp and refresh model.
