    Just bought a 2016 MS from a non Tesla dealer..manufactured 5/16 delivered 7/16. Original owner claimed had FSCFL and before the car transferred to my account I was never asked for a CC or billed. Ironically it was still in the original owners name as he never removed any of his personal stuff...
