    It is not intended to obey advisory speed limits (aka yellow speed limit signs). This is one current weakness of NoA.

    The NN is trained to recognize cut ins. Based on my experience, the car will not freak out.

    FSD & HOV lanes

    Is stay in passing lane on? I think FSD will try to exit the passing lane now no matter what, regardless if it is considered an HOV lane.

    For #2, make sure always allow location, background app refresh, and bluetooth is on is on for the Tesla app.

    That's really good to hear. On this one interstate near me, whenever I used non-confirm with NoA, the car would always move all the way over to the passing lane, which I'm not even sure is an HOV lane anymore. It would happen even with mild on which was really annoying and I never knew why until...

    Deceleration noise

    The high pitch noise is normal and I believe it comes from the inverters but it shouldn't be loud. Could be related to this service bulletin from 9/8/20: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10181261-9999.pdf
