UPDATE: It worked! you guys were right. You dont actually need a WIFI connection, all the WIFI is used for is to connect to the actual wall connector. That being said, you cant do the last step of provisioning which is connecting the wall connector to WIFI for future update, sharing etc. but...

Had the EXACT same thing right now while buying the wall charger. tried with 3 different cards, 2 different computers, 3 different browsers. No luck. I switched from trying to 3 visas to 1 mastercard and BOOM that seemed to do the trick. So weird, I hope this doesn't happen with supercharging.

Im in Quebec as well (Montreal). Ordered on the 26th of October, received a delivery date of December 15, 2020 the next day (wether this is accurate or not, I have no idea). Quebec EV Provincial grant is over on Dec. 31, 2020 so hopefully this date is not delayed!!
