I think they had another customer that was waiting for the cable so I sent it to them. You have to contact them to see what your options will be. I don't think there's any options right now so everyone with a 2021 has to wait.

I told them about it back when they did not update the product page saying it doesn't work for 2021s. I sent it to another customer of theirs and they refunded the cost + shipping.

Apparently it doesnt work I was the ordered one for my SR+ only to find the can bus plugs is different. I contacted hannshow they said they are working on a new kit
