It doesn't seem to come up often. I got it to show up three times last week. It isn't very good either. It was successful 2/3 times but it had to go forward after missing the spot both times that it eventually succeeded. FSD does way better than auto park.

Nothing is stopping you from hitting the report button and the normal dashcam button to get a copy for yourself. I say this with no proof whatsoever, but I assume it's true.

Not sure but my guess is the car is connecting the railroad crossing to the stop sign such as if there is a stop sign on the arms that come down at some rail crossings (usually lights not signs). I know it shows those lights as a green-yellow-red light even though there is only red available...

The satellites are not geostationary, so sometimes there are gaps (to get enough satellites but usually still have a couple that have line of sight but you need 3 to get a position on the ground). Rarely happens but it can (though usually doesn't last long). Though in general, I agree with you.

It is weird when it happens. It cuts part of the picture off and still animates but the screen (part that was working) was showing a red light and my car still went on green.

It's just frozen. The car is just waiting for the cars in front to go. This has happened to me and it caused the car no problems.

102 is per 1000 miles; not the 4 you did. So if you drove 10 miles and got 1, you would have gotten a 100 in that section. If your car is set to alert you late, it's possible you could have logged one without your knowledge (since it's based on Medium, not late).

My phone doesn't normally display the delivery window either. However if I tilt it to the widescreen orientation, it shows up.
