hey guys, how do you use this form *27-0032.pdf (wa.gov) to not pay tax on the Wall Connector when ordering online? I've tried to email and call with no luck and the local dealerships don't carry it. Anybody do this recently with success? thanks!

Dam I thought I was far being 80miles from home. We were a 20 min Uber ride to enterprise and Tesla had a car waiting for me. I agree with your post, their support and customer service has been great.

Even if it was able to drive again I would’ve asked them to check it at the dealer. It was so new that they didn’t even fix the delivery issues yet so I had an appointment coming up on Friday anyways.

Agree that is catastrophic! There was a humming sound coming from the front and I had no option to put it in drive after trying different reboots with the Tesla support person. Not sure what we could have done to avoid the tow. Guess we’ll see what Tesla says. Thanks!

No acceleration and I lost the ability to put it in drive. So definitely needed a tow.

Wow that sounds like a big fix...I was hoping it was not that serious.

Took a mini road trip and got the “Acceleration and top speed reduced” and “Power Reduced”. Called support, tried a few things that didn’t work and they said it needed a tow. Any ideas?
