I've got the SR+, delivered Dec 24, and it's plenty fun for me. I punch it periodically just to put the fancy German car drivers in their place every now and then. I test drove my friend's PR and it was too much power, especially with teenage drivers in my house who may use it.

I'm just back from picking mine up, so I can confirm there are some cars in Dedham. Lots of other people picking up today. I was pleased with out efficient it all was. I found a few minor things to fix and they've logged them for a future service. Good luck to you.

Wow, that sounds pretty intense. FYI - I called Dedham this morning and confirmed my car is on the nearby lot. I asked if they can move the appointment up to this afternoon and they said no, but they were willing to move my pick up to tomorrow morning, which is nice.

In Boston area here, I got a call from Tesla yesterday to move my pick up from next Tuesday to Wednesday. Seems the storm delayed things by 1 day and now the shipment is arriving in Dedham on Tuesday.

Received 1.74% through DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union - not sure why it's not "DFCU"...) The give a discounted rate for buying an EV and an additional discount if you due paycheck automatic deposit through them (which may be more hassle than it's worth if you're not already a customer.)

I'll called the local Tesla shop and was told 1 year of free super charging would be added to my account in January. I'm scheduled to take delivery 12/22.

Interesting theory, but I'm not sure it's true. The "person at the Tesla shop I called" has an incentive to close a deal and sales people have been known to say anything to do that. I expect most people on here don't hold such motivation for mendacity. Hopefully I'll get some honest stories of...

Following. I'm interested to know how people deal with quality issues at pick up. I spoke with a sales rep and they told me that if there are problems, you can refuse to take possession or they could schedule a service to fix any minor issues. I'm interested to hear real life stories though.
