No way. I am willing to let anyone borrow my jackstands, but you will need a jack and tire irons. I live in San Rafael.

I cleaned it with brake cleaner. It came with the kit. Super easy. Probably not easy to remove. Maybe a chemical remover

I did. I applied the paint with a brush. Did at least two coats, three in some areas.
