Update: 27Jan23...finally got someone from Cust. Support to respond to my issues. Called, emailed, texted, did the request for help on the app, and someone decided to email me back. Now they escalated to Tier 2 support and will have a tech to come out and inspect/repair my system on 14Feb23...

Hi, Were you able to resolve your issue? I am having the exact same issue as you. Just installed my system last month and received PTO on 3Jan23, but so far all I can see is power generated to the inverter and that's it. And no Impact/Settings features available either.

You have a lot more info than what my phone app shows. See attached. That's all i can see right now.

No worries. But to answer my own question, yes, it does work for the custom lightshow in the USB stick plugged into the console port, while the teslacam usb stick remains plugged into the glovebox. In other words, it works! Thanks much!!

Yeah as in any business, once they sold you the product, they don't give a *sugar* afterward (majority). You're on your own to fend for yourself, at least that's my experience in life, especially when buying big ticket items.
