Thank you all. Seem to be an expected software issue and can be fixed by rebooting. I canceled my appointment with Tesla service. Hopefully, they can fix the new software updates sooner.

Do you recommend ignore it, and the issue will eventually be fixed with a new software update? Or should I bring the car in to check out?

I had the same error message when I was installing the Samsung T5 to my 2021 Model Y. Then I found out it is because the model Y 2021 already has the Tesla USB installed in the glove box. Wasn't aware of that. So I took out the T5, returned it and everything is great now.
