I got the update for both my car and the app and still no luck waking the car from the app without sentry mode on. I also tried the hard reboot of disconnecting the battery for a few minutes - still nothing.

I’m having the same frustrating issue with my MSLR - the phone app won’t connect to the car in my garage unless sentry mode is on (which I don’t really need on in my garage) or I’m close enough to it that Bluetooth can connect to it. That’s going to suck this winter when I want to preheat my...

My reformatting only fixed it for a day or two - problem is back. Or maybe it never went away - might have just caught it awake a few times. :-(

I reformatted the USB thumb drive and it fixed it! Worth a try…

I’m having the same issue with my MSLR - gonna make for a long winter if I can’t use the app to preheat before departure… :-(

I took delivery of my MSLR in December of 2021 and my suspension settings don’t change the feel - all of them are very stiff, and even more so in the winter (I’m in MN). Is there any screen data I can provide to further this effort to resolve this?

I’m still waiting for a decent option for mats as well…

My MSLR has made the same noise since I took delivery. Probably the way it’s gonna be.

I’ve got 19” wheels at 38 psi and the ride is jarring around the neighborhood. Highway driving is pretty smooth.

I concur - my MSLR suspension is quite firm/harsh no matter the setting. I expected more out of the combo of air suspension and the weight of the car. I’m in MN so maybe when the weather warms up it’ll soften? Unlikely I suppose. It’s pretty smooth on the highway but the city streets are jarring…

They fixed my issue ultimately by reloading the last major firmware package (after trying a new drive, formatting, double scroll wheel,etc…). Took an hour or so but the sentry mode is now working. I think my numerous entries had to do with a Mylar balloon in the garage. Whoops.

I’ve got the same issues with my Model S refresh running v11. Shows tons of sentry events, though when I go to view them there is nothing. I’ve tried everything mentioned above. Got to the point where I figured mice were somehow triggering the sentry constantly overnight, filling up the thumb...

2021.44.5 is installing now on my LR - anyone know anything about it?

Dang that’s not good - now wishing I’d pulled the trigger on the Tesla winter wheels before they sold out! Since the snow I’ve only had it out a little bit on the local streets - was impressed with the regenerative anti-lock braking but now you’ve got me a bit nervous for any serious wintery...

I haven’t noticed this yet with my LR, but to be honest I haven’t driven much in the MN cold yet. Where in MN are you? I’m in the cities. Have you noticed the heat pump and fans being fairly loud from the outside in the cold? I was a little surprised - sounds like an idling regular car…

What floor mats do you have for your S? I just got my S and don’t see much for options out there besides those…

New here - just chiming in that I’ve got a MF4546 VIN with a delivery of Nov 20-24. Red/cream LR heading to MN! Hopefully no firmware delays - ordered last February? Barely remember it’s been so long.
