Would driving the last few miles in L+ before a CCS charge be an effective way to precondition?

I‘m getting tired of driving for points, I’m currently at 98 with over 700 miles In 12 days. Realistically that score is far more likely to go down than up with more miles under scrutiny. Has anyone come up with a way to stay on the list for beta without further mileage counting?

Yesterday I got the yellow Schedule Service alert for low coolant. The earliest appointment is 10 days away, I made the appointment but still need the car. I can keep the speed under 60 and distance about the same, what happens if the car is driven? There are no red colored or other alerts...
