Looks like discounts retracted back to the 4-6% range.

Aren't they just going to limit Model Y production and increase Model 3? Aren't they smart enough and have enough data just like we do to say, ok convert the Y lines into 3 lines? I don't know why the mentality here is they are just going to continue producing without any care for sitting...

Ahh understood. I thought you qualified for some such as the Free Color Upgrade, CT Incentive, etc... Then yes it seems your thought process is correct, price will be locked upon deposit.

To echo Ostrichsak , Don't miss out on the Tesla incentives, they all expire and require delivery not deposit by the 31st.....

Funny enough this order I have, has changed VIN's twice, so I've been assigned 3 different VINs on 1 order.

Just spoke to him again, he said its definitely coming, only reason it wouldn't come is if they sell a crap ton of cars today at these levels, but he told me definitely wait. I asked him about lease incentives for EOQ, he said he has no info on that at the moment, just this price drop info.

UPDATE::: Called my guy who gave us the price drop info, he said yes 9% is great, lots of vehicles for you to buy don't worry wait 1 more day, we'll pull the trigger at 10% its coming. He convinced me for that extra %, he was right about this drop, so I'll wait 1 more day!! HOLDDDD THE LINE!!!!

I'm seeing 9%!!!! Looks like my guy was right (off the record of course!) now the real question is, do we hold off until 10% or too risky to wait with all the Cyber Truck Incentives Expiring.

Biggest now in my state is -6%. Hoping we get down to -10% in the next couple days. He sounded very confident, off the record to me. I got my deposit in and waiting the said 48-72 hours for him to find me that discounted deal so I can lock it in before March 31st for the cybertruck credit.

FWIW: Placed an order with a family friend Tesla Advisor that told me to wait 48-72 hours that unofficially(off the record-can't tell customers this) prices will go down more for Q1 sales push on exisiting Model Y Inventory.

Yea that just doesn't add up. I need to pick up a Model Y in Florida and I'll keep waiting. Planning to pull the trigger between Now and March 31st, expecting the price to go back down to atleast Feb levels for end of month (ie: $1000 down)

Ignore that, prices are still the same. Was just gone for a bit.
