Correct. Same exactly same behavior here. With EVERYTHING feature disabled FCW still falsely engaged. Several times. 10.3 is very unsafe to use

No. 10.3 is dangerous to both the driver and others around then.

I opted out to of the fsd beta. I may join back later but for now I’m gonna need some confidence it’s not gonna do dangerous stuff. Especially things I can’t override or disable.

I even tried turning off the emergency braking feature and it’s still went off

I mean they pushed out the update over the air instead of via Wi-Fi so that tells me it was a pretty big mess up

I drove about 150 miles or so on highways with Rain. No issues. And then it decided that it was going to identify every other car as a collision. And emergency brake. Hi

This is what just happened to me

I had all systems disabled and warning systems disabled. Traveling at 70 mph and it just slammed on the brakes. The tesla vision is not working right.

Ok. That was very scary. Was on the highway (near Chicago - lots of traffic). FSD beta disabled even and the emergency braking went off. Scout got into an accident. Pulling off now and installing the new version

That’s my thought too. Let’s be honest folks they put the safety score system in place for a reason… Even if it does have some bugs in it (eg someone cuts you off etc). So if you have a low score like someone said they were at 74 - then drive more miles and pay closer attention. I used this...

Has anyone thought of a class action lawsuit? Lots of promises. And very little has been delivered. I didn’t expect full level 5 fsd - I don’t think anyone does... but this seems like a huge scam.
