Anyone know if this gap between the white leather and dashboard piece can be fixed without having to take into the service center?

Tysons Corner service center is a disaster. Waiting for them to fix issues on my car that were reported back in February.

I noticed my refresh model x has a rubber stopper much like the trunk does for leveling. Does anyone know what this actually adjusts by turning them in or out? My drivers falcon wing is slightly out of alignment and was curious if this could help. Thanks

Anyone ever receive anything from Attn: Order Operations, 901Page Avenue, Fremount CA? Post office sends pictures of my incoming mail but this letter never showed.. Figured I'd try the 0011588 was part of my original Model Y order number... I know this is a shot in the dark.. Thanks

Add the plastic trim piece slowly falling out. Is this a warrantable item that Tesla would fix?

I’ve only had one experience and my service advisor must have been new or something but told me misleading things on the status of my car. Oh and they damaged my bumper then didn’t even bother to address my issues

Thanks for the update.. I had a list of items from my delivery day. Parts took forever supposedly. Why would it not be covered under warranty?

Found this post and noticed the date of the most recent post. This service center is garbage. Awful customer service

Without going into too much details what’s the chain of escalation when a customer has issues with a service department. Had delivery items just flat out ignored and excuses given for why a few items couldn’t be addressed “this time” Service advisor manager? Store manager?

I have major creaking and almost unevenness in my second row floor mostly towards the drivers side..service center said it was “normal”

Ah, TLC still damaging cars and not compensating their customers for it. Seriously recommend anyone in the Washington DC area to avoid TLC for their Tesla.

Still at the server center... sigh They told me when I dropped off the car this was a similar issue that some model 3's had.. I did a little searching around and I guess it's some seal or seal like material that is missing.

I’d be more concerned that the car sat around for so long. Was it stored plugged in? Did they just leave it sitting there with no interaction until right before they shipped it out?..

I took delivery two weeks ago and it was a 2022 model.. manufactured 1/28/22

I do.. its a high pitch whining sound. Much more pronounced then when I drive my Model Y... I have it on my list for the service shop next week I notice I can sorta 'modulate the sound' by slightly letting off the pedal and then pressing it back down a bit

I'm a little confused.. My X was built 1/27. No doubt it has 'Radar'. Does this mean I also have Vision? So going forward X/S just won't have radar anymore right?

InOh I noticed some vibration but it feels like its coming from the rear of the car when I accelerate harder than normal

Thank you.. this is the floor right where a person in the third row would rest their feet.. Curious how it wouldn't hold that much weight if a person has to step in and out of it to sit down/stand up..

Just picked up my refresh LR Model X and noticed when I pull the trunk cover up I can see the two wires for the rear two seats budging out.. Is this normal?

I strongly recommend picking it up from the delivery center yourself rather than home delivery

my appointment was from 12-4. At 3:58 my car was delivered. I had an hour of daylight

Yes, I just called tesla customer service and told them about the issues and that I would like to reject the car. They came by the next day and stealthily picked it up. I was told they would try to find me a new vin/vehicle.

I wound up rejecting it due to the paint primarily. Car had to many nicks and scratches on multiple panels, some of which were deep.

Tesla customer service told me the car was at the Tysons Store on 2/6/21.. So they just let it sit like that. I doubt they even did a once over. Its going back
