Oh no! 36.5.5 seemed to fix my audio issues. Contact Service through the app and ask them to re-push the update.

Yes, you should be good to go! So far so good for me. Sound seems to be working properly again. Are we supposed to have different daily scheduled departure selections with this update? Or live view from Sentry cam? I am doubting it as mine has neither.

UGH. It happened again (*as other users of 21.36 have reported.) The 2 button+brake reset worked again, but clearly there is a larger issue with 21.36.

From another thread, there is the two button reset method, and a way to turn things off from the service menu on the control screen...just an FYI, I have not tried the button yet.

I did another reset holding in both scroll buttons with my foot on the brake the entire time - screen and music eventually go off then I counted to about 90 seconds until I saw the Tesla logo appear on the black screen!

Welp I guess I will try to reboot again...the only way I know of is holding in both buttons (and I read stepping on the brake may do something?) I do this for 20 seconds and the screen turns off...my assumption is that is the reboot?

That is different than just holding both buttons in for 20 seconds?

Turns out it’s an issue with at least a few of us! The immersive sound option is gone and the music sounds awful.

2021.36 bricked my immersive sound. It’s gone and the audio now has no bass and sounds terrible.

First thing I tried. No change.

I have the exact same issue and came here to post. The sound is quite bad. Hoping a fix is released soon!

Just got this update today and two drives in I feel like auto steer is a little smoother but it still does the thing where it slows down for way too long after someone has made a left-hand turn in front of me and then takes way too long to accelerate back to speed.

Well said - previous X5 owner here and current LRMY owner. I had awful experiences with my local BMW dealership - must have been the exception, not the rule. Good to know as I still like the brand and hope they make the jump to electric and never look back! An all electric M3 with the old body...

When I sign into the app it just says welcome to the family and has a button that says “get started” which just takes me to the website through Safari. There is no option to pay or any other options other than the Loot Box or sign out. I am under the impression I am supposed to be able to pay...
