DMV can only send a new copy of the title to the new legal owner (bank). I tried to contact Lendbuzz directly because the "friends inside the bank" of the Prime Sales managers can't help me. They send me some weird document called "Digital Copy of Title" that doesn't look like a legal document.

I seen the original title and it's clean. It signed by Tesla and Prime Sales (seller and buyer before me). I held original in hands and used photo of title near car vin in communication with Tesla.

After last email from Tesla, they don't send any updates to car. But I found a way to make a force config update on car. Just cancel and buy a premium connectivity again. Now Trip Planner back to Navigation Manu and supercharger works perfect, like it should be.

Good news from Tesla - access to the supercharger has been restored. On my case. After 4.5 hours on the phone with support. But not the warranties, will continue this process after weekend.

What I know now - car was always in CA. Car was owned by Tesla Lease Trust LSR. And lienholder was TLT Leasing Corp. I found few documents (registration stickers) from 2022 with this information. Carfax too show me same information - car was always in LA and was sold in LA.
