Are we supposed to e-sign the lending agreement prior to the delivery appointment? I've seen some people say not to do it until you see the car.

I would just call and select the option for sales. That's the route that I took and they were able to schedule for me.

I wouldn't be surprised. The advisor said that their system lately has been pushing people out further than they need to be.

Got moved up to 3/19 now. My original options were 3/23-3/26.

Hey @Totallynotmike - I would call the Cleveland store if you want to try to pick up your car early. Mine is going to be in this week vs next week that they originally had me scheduled for.

Did they contact you for that?

The online chat rep I talked to said my car is on track to arrive on 3/18. Any idea if they'll let me push up my delivery date if that's the case?

Called my local service center and they were able to set up my delivery appointment! Picking up 3/26. Last time I tried doing this they were no help. Guess I just had to talk to the right person!

I already have a VIN. I was trying to get more info like has the car been shipped yet and when it should arrive. I've seen others call to get similar info and then get to set up their delivery appointment.

I ordered after chatting with someone on the website so I got some random advisor out of Vegas. Whenever I call it just goes straight to their voicemail. Am I supposed to eventually get assigned an advisor at the local service center? Would be nice to actually have someone to ask questions about...

Called my local service center where I am supposed to take delivery, and they said they can't give me a better estimate than what the site is showing. If I have my VIN, doesn't that mean it's in transit and they can actually track where it is?

You should be able to edit the tooltip so it doesn't show avg vin to delivery twice when hovering over it.

Nice. One thing I noticed though is that the Avg Vin to Delivery is duplicated on the tooltip.

We need those daily drone videos like they have for the factory construction.

That would be my one question. Is anyone close to the factory seeing a lot of cars going out?

How do you find out about the soft match? Do you just ask your SA when your car should be in production?
