I carry bikes on the tow hitch quite often. It automatically turns on trailer mode as soon as the rack is plugged into the electrics. Once you turn off trailer mode, the accessories light shows, but autopilot becomes available again.

When I looked into it, Flex appears to be online only with no way of speaking to a person if you need to. Also no option to add cover abroad (at least to cover beyond 3rd party only). I steered well clear of it..

I think the latest app update may have some issues. The Powerwall side of things also has weird graphics. The car seems slow to wake since 2023.44.30.1, so am wondering if that’s why 30.2 was being sent out yesterday…

So, you selected the Keep Climate On mode in the car, but it just turned off when you left it? Sounds like it needs a reboot if that's what's happening, as something isn't working as it should.

You could just select keep climate on, rather than have to sit in it, were this app issue to happen again.
