You can get them from Harum.io straight from Korea. I've ordered a few from them. Works just fine with all of the CCS chargers I've tried in the US so far.

That's a bummer. I really wanted a 5 seater, but took the $6500 comp because I had paid for the base model MXP. Would be terrible if I had ordered a 7 seater, gotten downgraded to a 6 and then still had to pay for the 7 seater option. :confused:

Ugh that's what I'm afraid of on my MXP that I'm taking delivery of on Friday. I had an alignment issue (pulls to the right) on my current MYLR which was adjusted by SC. Things worked for a few months, then I had my tires rotated recently and things seem to be back to pulling to the right again...

I live in WA and lots of the super rural ones are like $0.48/kW now after recent price increases. Definitely planning on using my Tesla CCS1 adapter for most of my fast charging on road trips from here on out. I'm hoping EA doesn't raise their prices anytime soon. :p

Tested the CCS adapter out yesterday on a 50kW ABB unit that also has a CHAdeMO connector. The charge profile felt a bit quicker than the CHAdeMO on ramping up to 45kW or so (my battery was around 11% SoC at the beginning of the charge). I'll have to do some more testing, but so far, it's a...

20% is steep for just PayPal and exchange rate fees. PayPal fees for the merchant should be under 3% and exchange rate fees are usually around 1.5%. Either way, not a bad price.

The Harumio surcharge is a bit more than their $5 fee. At current exchange rates, the adapter is only $237. That means they're charging the $5 service fee, on top of a roughly $50 profit. Still very reasonable, but not $5.

If you had read through subsequent thread posts that I made, you'd find that yes, I did receive the adapter. I just re-enabled 2 factor auth after the order was placed. You can change your password back once the order is placed.

Yep most EA chargers are software limited to 350A. This means that cars that aren't 800V architecture likely won't be able to hit anything over 157.5kW or so (350A * 450V pack voltage).

It took about 2 days from when my order was placed (in the morning Korea time) to when it was received by Harumio. The status on the Tesla webpage never updated to include a tracking number just FYI.

My order from Harumio was just delivered via Fedex. All in all, it only took a week to order and receive the item. Excited to go try this out on some CCS chargers and then sell my CHAdeMO adapter for a handsome profit.

Nice! Looks like mine landed in ANC already. My guess is that it'll be in my hands in one more day. You can ask them to ship via Fedex or DHL btw. I asked for Fedex as they typically have access to my building.

That would be good for the chargers that have CCS disabled. I know some of the dealership ABB units are setup this way.

The better option IMO is to pickup a CCS adapter for $280-330 or so, sell your CHAdeMO for ~$400-450 on eBay and net some cash. That's my plan once the CCS adapter arrives.

Yep, newer EVgo stations will have Tesla plugs built in. There is one near me in the downtown Seattle area, and I noticed quite a few in SF when I was there last month.

No Tesla plug unfortunately. Hopefully this charger is still running and free when I'm out in the area next month for a few weeks! Spent 2 weeks last year in the area and had to rely on L2 charging, which was annoying.

They used to have one planned in Kalispell, but that disappeared sometime early last year.
