Vin assigned Thursday (3/25). Finalized payment this morning, and initial scheduled delivery was for tomorrow. Get a call a few minutes later and they'll be delivering the vehicle today! Perfect beginning to the weekend!

Last week, I checked Tesla's existing inventory to see if there's a match for my configuration (order placed on 2/1) and did not see one. I check just now, and sure enough there's my build for sale in the Bay Area. Seriously, Tesla? SMH.

The last time I spoke with an SA from the Fremont Factory Showroom was on 3/10. They had indicated that I should be hearing something within the next 7-10 days. It's now March 22nd. Hoping some good news comes before the end of the month.

Like you, I thought about cancelling and ordering again. But, figured ordering again would put me further back in the delivery queue. Also, wonder if running a credit check again for financing would be an issue. So, decided to stay the course and patiently wait! :)

An SA contacted me about a week after I placed my order or on 2/1/21. Said that a VIN would be assigned within the next couple of weeks. However, that never happened and here we are today, still waiting but optimistic.
