Had a phone call from Tesla telling me i'm all good to pick up on Thursday at 10am. He said there will be at least 200miles charge in the car..... guessing this will equate to around 150% charge for the first couple of weeks 😂

It was exactly as i expected and i don't know what the issue is. Heat pump power sapping is an issue though. It will surely be fixed in an update.

It did aye. Drive is excellent and the tech is really fantastic. Made my old car seem like a dinosaur in every way. When i dropped the Tesla back at the SC, it's the first time in 3 years i was gutted to be getting in the Audi. I don't think i'd have felt the same had it been a SR+ or LR though.

Did you have a test drive? I know the RS3 is more fun than the RS5 but the 3 Performance was quicker and more exciting than what i got from the Audi. And mileage will be better too no doubt 😂. Doesn't sound as good though strangely.

Spare a thought for me. I sold my RS5 at the beginning of the month and am now using my wife's S Max.

It absolutely makes sense yep. I don't doubt your conversation, but I had a call with Tesla arranging (another) test drive and the guy wouldn't confirm Freemont or Shanghai, or heated steering wheel (but I know now Freemont has been doing this for a while). He confirmed the new door cards...

Be assured it's nothing to do with quality issues. I'd just rather it was American made. I've still not seen anything confirming the 'Ps' are being MiC though.

Really glad i've discovered this forum. Red M3P ordered mid Jan. Delivery May. Some really helpful info on here - but am i the only one disappointed that it's MIC instead of Fremont? Does anyone have actual documentation saying this?
