    Tusker Salary Sacrifice

Apples with oranges I know but for the wider forum as an example Tuskers are quoting £441 for a SR+, 10K miles, no deposit, 36 months, all inclusive of insurance , tyres etc. Local authority, 40% tax payer. I've worked out that overall including increased pension contributions, BIK, etc salary...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

I was responding to the statement "no expectations of privacy in a public place". I have provided two very high profile cases which prove this is not the case and it is not as clear cut as the statement makes out. There are many, many others and the subject of "public privacy" has been, and...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

@GlynG Don't worry about being argumentative, it's all part of a good debate. Murray v Big Pictures (UK) Ltd is a well known case. Or an even more famous example under the ECHR is the Von Hannover case about Princess Caroline of Monaco. Both demonstrate that there is a problem with the blanket...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

For those saying there is no right to privacy in public places, that's not correct. There are some circumstances where there is still an expectation, and this is supported by case law. And CCTV for "work purposes" means nothing, its the scope of the surveillance that determines whether GDPR...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

Sharing with an insurer is not a grey area though. It's about purpose. When sharing personal data with an insurer they take on the responsibilities under GDPR because they are processing it for their own purpose (they become a controller for it). They have to legitimise why they are using it...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

I'm afraid you have got this round your neck. Your interpretation may have been correct 10 years ago but it is far off the mark now. Surveillance cameras which go beyond domestic boundaries are captured under GDPR. If they don't then it will be domestic processing, and not subject to GDPR...

    Sentry Mode and GDPR

I wouldn't worry. The ICO won't do anything about this. They are well known as a toothless regulator. File it under "nothing to see here".

    Tesla used market.

Why did you end up selling it if you don't mind me asking?

    Model 3 Leasing UK

Excellent. I was losing hope that there would be a reduction.

    Model 3 Leasing UK

I was thinking the exact same thing. However looking at prices over the last 12 months it appears its back to a historical norm following a dip in February/March.

Wiki UK and Ireland Supercharger Site News

I holiday in Seahouses every year so this is super convenient. Is it free to access or is it residents only?

Higher value EVs not eligible for £3,000 PiCG (grant) anymore!

I spent weeks looking at the benefit of each of these and a common argument was that leasing means you have nothing to show for it. I think that argument misses the points you make, which are spot on. I was going to lease, until the increase put the LR out of my reach, as owning a Tesla/EV...

Once this site is up and running I'm going to sort a test drive and get myself a Model 3.
