I installed Tein Flex Z Coilovers. It was good for a few months and then started making a lot of noise. The installer checked and said everything is normal. I lost the original suspension so that's why I had to purchase new ones. They wanted close to $5K though (front only).

Yup. Scheduled a mobile tire rotation with Tesla. The tech came out, checked the treadwear and taught me how often I should rotate them. If more than 1/32nd difference then rotate.

I went with MeganRacing RUCA, not front as recommended. No the coilover kits don't come with it.

I got 41K out of OEM. Houston driving. 2 of them still at 3/32 though but the other 2 are a bit below 2/32.

Driving M3 and MY since 2018 both with FSD beta. Yes, don't need EAP, if you must, go all the way to FSD if $ is no objective. Really for long road trips, perhaps monthly sub is good enough.

Looks like a software issue. So the normal boot route could not be done and it kept going to the fast boot option which only allows minimum driving capability.

Yes, I made the recommendation when FSD beta first initiated. Seems no one is listening. If it allows us just 2" offset to the right, would be a huge plus already.

Just went with a friend to pickup his new MY and upon arriving at home, it downloaded 2021.4.18.2 and then we proceeded to install. I'm guessing this is for the radarless MY? My MY is still on 2021.4.18

Tesla is walking a very fine line here. With a lot of competitions heating up the autonomous driving, it's putting on a lot of pressure. They know this and so do their competitors. Pushing FSD back a few months would be OK but anything of a year or longer perhaps will do more damage than good.

Yes, MY owner here and I've learned how to navigate using superchargers. As a few said above, you only need to have enough to go to the next supercharger. I also purchase an additional mobile charger kit just in case of emergency. So far had put 9K within 3 months of ownership, no more range...
