I live in Toronto too. Taycan in the snow even with W tires seems way too impractical. They wanted to make it like a 911 and like every 911 owner I know they are not used as daily drivers.

Yeah there customer service really sucks which is unfortunate. Any other car in this price range a dealer will treat you like a god. I will say the remote service techs have been nice, which is more than I can say for the sales people. I've owned pretty good ICE performance cars E63S, M3 etc...
