TFL Congestion charge and a leased Tesla.
I have recently taken delivery of a Model 3. The car is leased and I realise I will not receive a V5. I have tried to register the car with TFL for congestion charge exemption but they require me to upload the V5 which I do not have as it is held by the leasing company. This must affect a...- Bickley

I recently acquired a Model 3. I already have a TFL account having had a Renault Zoe. I logged on today to add the Tesla. the car is correctly identified but shown as liable to the congestion charge. This cannot be right; has anyone had the same experience?- Bickley
