Rather than BBK, I opted for a Two-Piece rotor setup. Drops rotational mass yet retains the OEM rotor dimensions and calipers. Pair that with an Ohmmu light weight battery and I’ve shaved ~57 pounds of mass. I used Paragon Brakes for the two-piece and they are a direct fit with no fuss.

This SC station needs some attention. It’s rated at 150 by Tesla but my two recent stops found a peak of 90 and 74 respectively. PlugShare reports the same for some time. And yeah, it is labeled oddly. Great place to stop though! The Waffle House is a nice perk!

I’d recommend replacement with an Ohmmu 12V. Great product! Weighs less, lasts longer, and has awesome install instructions. Plus you can change out the biohazard filter if you have it.

I have the Paragon Performance two piece set on my MS. Can attest to a roughly 3-5% increase in range on long trips with the weight reduction; can’t recommend this enough!

Sounds like you are charging on an electric dryer circuit. My ‘17 MS 100D, using a 220V 30AMP, circuit charges at 23 Amps using the Gen 1 Mobile Connector. Sounds like it’s working as it should be.

I’d recommend avoid RPM Tesla CF products. Mine is still leaking glue onto the rear hatch paired with horrid customer service. Apologies to the seller but really poor experience with them.

While shopping our Model S, we spoke with Tesla who directly commented that there is different battery chemistry between the 90 and 100 battery packs. Face value here; I’m merely relaying what I was told. At the end of the day, get the biggest battery ya can.
