Yeah, everything is getting taken care of

Just wanted to give an update, they finally saw it and agreed that it’s a warranty claim caused by the trim installation alignment. It’s going to body shop and all that to get corrected.

I just googled for this to see if anyone had any info. It’s crazy it’s been sitting there for so long and not completed. Makes it look bad.

I’m surprised I didn’t notice it earlier either tbh. I’m always paying attention to dings and such. The other side is much smaller but u can see it’s starting to chip too. We will see what comes of tomorrow’s appt.

Is it “normal wear and tear” when a potentially misaligned trim piece is causing the damage though?

Hey all, Just noticed the C pillar is chipping the paint as it seems to be very close to the body. Has anyone had this issue? It’s going tomorrow for service just wanted to hear thoughts. It’s happening on both sides.

They ended up replacing the seat rails. They said there was play on it.

Made appt. They changed from mobile service to at service center. Appt is mid sept 🤷‍♂️

Definitely not anything inside. It doesn’t roll around on turns or anything like that. Just 1 clunk that you can feel and hear. I’ll get an appt set up, I’m about 1hr away from the nearest SC. Thank you!

Hey everyone, Not sure if anyone has experienced a sound and feel clunking when braking on their driver’s seat. Mainly the left side of the seat. Any ideas are welcomed.

I mounted it behind the screen. I’m assuming u don’t want it getting thrown around since it has an accelerometer to measure breaking and acceleration for some of its stats.

I installed a unit I got from eBay but it never showed up that first time. I do have an apt to check a loud window motor so I’ll ask the tech if he can check and activate it then. Fingers crossed. I wish there was a way to check to see if the unit is good at least lol

I need the fix the sentry/dashcam drive unmounting issue. It’s really frustrating.

Oh good to know. I thought my USB plug was broken. I had tried with multiple drives as well. However, just to note, the USB-C inside the middle console works all the time with no issues so I have one plugged in there. Not the safest, but better than having nothing until it's fixed

Cabin overheat protection and sentry mode will eat up battery like crazy. especially if it keeps getting triggered. However, just for reference, I drove from Springfield, PA to Southington, CT totaling about 220 miles and arrived with 21% battery. That was by far my best.

I've had the seasucker and it works great, highly recommend, just make sure the surface and suction cups are clean and dry before mounting and you'll be perfectly fine.
