You know your right. I ordered 3 days after you. I completely forgot it was already going to be 10 weeks. That really means we should be getting our cars soon. It’s been 1-10 weeks. I feel a lot better now. This has been a slow/fast 10 weeks

This morning it was June 2-June 22. Now it’s 1-10 weeks.

I keep saying this and I’ll say it again. Something isn’t adding up here. Why do some SA and DA give us info while others give different info and deny what other people say. It’s very strange that this is not a publicly known thing and it’s not talked about more. Hopefully we all get our cars soon

I’m really just so stunned about this software issue. First off, I have no issue that they are holding out to make sure there are no bugs. It’s better than getting the car and having something serious go wrong. However, the part that I don’t understand is why is this not talked about...

my frustration level has gotten very high from this. i understand this is how tesla works but the customer service is horrible.

Through a tesla.com chat I was just told 5-11 weeks.

My SA went MIA. Won’t answer texts, emails, calls. I have been reaching out to the Delivery Specialist and she responds with absolutely no info. All she says is things look good on the account. She won’t answer my question

What are the specs of your car? When did you order?

Day 1 of 1-10 weeks from date of order for me.

My days for my Model Y was 5/25 - 6/14. Ordered on 3/29. Now it’s showing 1-10 weeks

do you need the car by a certain date? my current lease is ending in 2 weeks and i cannot extend it. my SA told me to wait until ordering until 3/29 because it would give me little gap in having 2 cars. i think i’ll now have no cars for listening to him

It’s just the ethics that bother me. I’m spending over 60k on my car. Forget about the $100. I just feel that if you are asking me to write a check for that amount of money on delivery day, I shouldn’t be played around with. That’s all.

Tesla’s customer service is not their strong point. They are good at selling you the car by us thinking they are not pushy and great, but in reality they stink. Why does Tesla play this game? I really just want to know. Why is there no transparency?

How do you get all this from your SA? I get nothing from mine. He is constantly dodging every one of my questions and says he has no info.

That’s smart. Why does Tesla make it so difficult to us and hardly give us any information? They play this game and anyone you call at Tesla gives no info. What’s the point of even having the main phone number?

My SA is in Cali at the headquarters. He does not respond to my emails or calls. When I call the main sales number you get no information. Why are they hiding so much?

Mine was May 21-June 6 and it was just pushed forward to May 6-May 20. I really think it is a just a waiting game and these dates mean absolutely nothing. If I followed the dates from the beginning, I would have received the car by now.

Mine was April 11-April 28 then it was switched to April 20-May 18. It is now just switched to May 16-June 6. It’s gone back and forth between June 5 and 6. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m in NY

I ordered my Tesla Model Y on 3/29. For the past 2 weeks I was told April 20-May 10 delivery date. Now it just jumped back to 1-10 weeks and when I called up they said it’s probably going to be even longer.
