Your hunch was correct. I’m ran a test by turning the driver side down to LO and the passenger side up to HI and it was easy to feel the different air temps coming out of each rear vent.

Does anyone know whether the rear fan temperature is controlled by the driver side temp or the passenger side temp?

The occupancy network they discussed at AI Day has this capability (it’s also able to account for other occluded objects).

I suspect additional hardware (like hi res radar) would be behind the bumper. The prior radar wasn’t visible and there was no cut out for it.
