Is this okay? I asked the Tesla SA in Princeton when the New Jersey Charge Up Rebate Incentive -2K$ would apply as I did not see it on the invoice or order agreement. He mentioned "That gets applied when you pick up the car." But wouldn't I have to pay the car off first before delivery date...

Someone said Yes, but I called Tesla and they said you need to take delivery before the funds run out to claim the rebate...so from what I understand even if you order today, you have to hope the funds are still available by the time its delivery day...

I'm hoping the Model Y SR/RWD comes out but highly doubt it will. Do you think it's worth risk waiting until end of 2021 to get the order in to get the 5K$? Or is it first come first serve once it starts on July 1st?
