I apologize if this question has been raised and answered before. I noticed that videos (e.g., Netflix) playing on the rear display use the speakers of the car for audio. Is there a way to have them just play on Bluetooth headsets that are specifically paired with the rear display?

I picked up my MS LR @ 10AM today and just can’t get enough of this beauty! Gave it a few insane bursts… Wife has never seen me volunteer so eagerly to run errands 😂😂!

I do know that there were two Plaids and one LR that we’re ready for delivery when I stopped by at my SC this morning.

I swung by at my DC @ Rockville MD to enquire about the HD’s release. They have received the formal email from Fremont and have started scheduling deliveries. I have an appointment for Monday @ 10AM and hope to have my car by or before then 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!!

This is terrible!! Looks like another software update may be following soon to fix this?

My account has had the “Agreements” section (says we will be able to review and accept agreements within 24 from delivery appointment) since having an appointment scheduled. I had even reviewed and accepted them yesterday (my original appointment was for today @ 11AM).

I have seen a pattern in some of us with similar configurations and early enough upgrades to 21” that booked in April and May that received VINs at similar times. I feel bad that there are several of you (and others that ordered way before March!) that have not seen VINs yet. But don’t blame us 😜!

For what it’s worth, I have been lucky to be assigned a highly responsive SA. He does not have most of the answers (probably only Elon does) but does follow up and respond in a timely manner.

I did not receive an email when my VIN was assigned. The VIN just showed up on my account. I then called my SA and he told me the actual build date of my car.

This is probably an issue raised by Tesla QA for this recent batch built in the first week of July. I know that my car’s build date was July 8. So, as soon as the local SCs have the instructions for the local testing and fix, we should be on our way. I don’t see this delay going beyond this...

I have a delivery appointment on Friday, July 23 and do know for a fact that my car will get to my local SC (Rockville) on Wednesday (July 21). I have not been notified of any delays and will swing by the SC tomorrow to speak to the folks to double check.

Yes, select cash for now and change it when you have a date range or VIN. I changed mine to Tesla Financing after getting my VIN.

Once you see a VIN, you can ask your SA for the car build date when you are about a week from your delivery window.

Congratulations! Your date should change to a week range or shorter within the next day or so. Updates unfortunately happen one parameter a day 😂😂

After seeing the July 9 - 20 delivery date blank out yesterday, I just saw my date update to July 16 - 23. No VIN yet…

I have made at least a couple of changes through my SA after the “edit design” option went away. It has not affected my place in the line and is pretty straightforward.

My profile showed "August" through yesterday... This morning it changed to "July 09 - 20"!!! I need to BREATHE!!! I will let y'all know as soon as I see a VIN :).

@Louiedog, at least there is some consistency this time, even though it may eventually mean *sugar* 😀. My date also changed to August this morning and My order date is April 8th (RN114767)

Thanks a lot for sharing the first-hand perspective on your new LR! There is some confusion on the tires that come with the Arachnids. The manual states Summer tires (Michelin 4S), but there are some SAs that claim that all season tires have been installed. Can you please confirm?

Yes, looks like most of us have booked in the same time window and may get cars in or around the same month (2022?). We should have a pre-delivery party once we have VINs and confirmed delivery dates. I am sure we will have no time for anything else once we get behind those yikes 😂!

I changed my wheels to the Arachnids yesterday and had an August date show up this morning. Was blank prior to that. RN1147 White exterior, Black interior, no FSD.

I have ordered the Arachnids (just because the Tempest look aweful) but will need to swamp wheels in winter as I live in the DC area. I was planning on buying 19” or 20” wheels with all season tires for winter. I was checking to see if any of you have suggestions on where to get the wheels...

Your estimated delivery should change to August shortly as well is my guess…

@JimLL, I switched to Arachnids yesterday and my profile now says August again. It was blank for the last couple of days. Not that this means anything 😔as there is time estimates and there is Tesla time estimates…

Everything I have read about the 21” tires that come with the Arachnid wheels seems to indicate that it just won’t work for colder regions (Northeast). I wanted to check if any of you have an opinion or experience on this? I am seriously considering changing to 21” arachnids as it looks terrific...

There are probably enough MD deliveries to take up an entire transporter and they are thinking of bumping our delivery timeframe to July 😜? One can always dream 😂…

Looks like there are two deliveries in Maryland for the same car configurations (yours and mine) where the order numbers and dates are not far off (my RN1147 vs. your RN1148) that now show an August delivery timeframe :).

Hallelujah! After having been “blank” since early May, my Delivery Estimate changed to “August” this morning. Words can’t describe how special this feels (to actually have something other than blank!)…
