Just got my VIN assigned this morning- delivery window over the next three days, just waiting on the phone call now!

Raquel- I won’t say she’s unresponsive but she certainly hasn’t been a big help. When she responded to my text this morning it was just to give me an office number to call- they told me to call her.

Oh man. I have a white LR that was supposed to be delivered weekend of the 15th- nobody is giving me any info. I’ve called, texted, left VMs. Even cornered them on the orientation call. All I get is “someone will contact you” or “call this number” which then leads to a “email this person”. Super...

Not to keep the confusion going, but they confirmed my car was on the lot almost two weeks ago... still don’t have a VIN. DC told me to expect delivery & VIN weekend of 15th... account currently sitting at “5-9 weeks from order” & I can’t get info from anyone.

I feel your pain- was texted by DC on the 14th & told to expect delivery that weekend- here we are almost two weeks later and I’m ghosted. SA finally texted me back this morning: she’s on vacation until Friday & I should call the same number that keeps leaving me on hold / hasn’t returned my calls.

Similar boat. I got a text last week asking if I was ready for delivery over the weekend. That changed to “we need more time and we’ll have info for you by the end of this week”. Texted back yesterday and no response.

Mine has been at the delivery center since at least Saturday. Spoke w/Tesla last week and they relayed delivery center expected to have my VIN to me by this past Friday or Saturday and I should be prepared for delivery this past weekend. Latest update from delivery center was they expected to...

Just got a text from Tesla- Vehicle expected to be here this weekend. Weird because my SA thought end of month/ beginning of June when we spoke yesterday PM, and I don’t have a VIN yet- I’m not complaining though.

Yeah, my impression is they don't need to bother with it. After my test drive, the conversation was basically: "Do you want to do this now, or do you need to think about the color?"...they weren't wrong to assume I was ready to pull the trigger.

Had to laugh at this- never went to this message board until a few days ago, was expecting to see maybe a handful of other folks experiencing delivery delays... boy were my estimates off. Side note, emailed and called my SA yesterday (she's usually been pretty responsive)... radio silence thus...

Not that I dislike the new one, but I think I prefer the "old" version... either way I'll be happy with whatever I get hah

It'll be interesting to see how things unfold between the three of us- we're about as far apart from one another as we could be, can't way to see what theories we'll produce in this thread based off our ultimate delivery timelines.

Same exact configuration as me too. Ordered 4/6, profile has had "5-9 Weeks from order placed date" for the last week or so. SA told me 2 weeks ago they were still expecting mid-May delivery after I asked about canceling the order in favor of buying a slightly different build... "5 weeks" window...
