My Gray with tow was ordered 10/28/2021 and I had a 3/05/2022 to 04/02/2022 date which just changed and moved out a month? What is happening maybe a battery change (4680)?

Does installing a stealth hitch require any cutting of the bumper? and is it just a bolt on with a receiver that clears the bumper allowing the bike rack install?
