Does the EV bill include sales tax and other fees? I just ordered a Model Y and saw the limit for SUV’s is $69,000. My car price is $65,000 but with taxes and other fees it is $70,000. I added white interior, tow hitch, and 7 seater

Do condo's typically have EV charging stations in California? Is it difficult to request chargers for the HOA? I'm having difficulty deciding between a Model 3 Standard Range or the Long Range. If I get the Long Range, I can probably get a cheaper condo that doesn't have EV chargers.
