I noticed last night that in the fsd settings that there is switch that says "allow full screen visualisations". I switched off. I'll report on how it looks after I go for a drive.

That's true. If the rim is wider than the tire there is no buffer. It's like bald people knocking their heads....

I can't figure out why tesla don't use 1/2" smaller rims with the same size tires. It is just poor design imho. Must have to do with wind dynamics and keeping everything flat. These cars are easy worse than any of the 30 other cars I've owned.

I would agree except that most 2021's and earlier do not have a problem. Some of those have commented in this thread. Also on my car 2021 the usb stick in the glovebox will not fit the usb c ports under the screen...:-)

Could not agree more with your statement. They did miss out. Unfortunatley the distance of all the sensors in the existing front bumper defines aftermarket bumper shapes. So they are limited. Agreed on the busyness. I still prefer it to the original though!

I agree it is sligtly too "busy". But look at the grey model 3 behind mine. I would argue that front on that car is not perfect either. I think these cars are well designed but the front is not the best part.

I get what the haters above are saying but the grey and the black is way more sutble. Also the foglamps are super powerful and are great on dark country roads!

Very Bad Audio Preset. I original which I modded sounds decent. Fade does not work on the front woofers. That is not a problem for me as there is no reason to need the fader....just a toy imho.

The "engineer" sent me an updated file. It was a joke. I guess I was just lucky that everything sounds OK. Although the fader is not exactly perfect. It is 180% better than stock. I drove a 2020 loaner with the stock system and it sound terrible compared to the Hansshow system.

All speakers seem to work in my case but the wiring is incorrect and the tweeters are barely audible. It should be instant refund but with the service I have had so far I doubt you will get money back. These guys are a joke and they have no idea what North American customer service is all about.

I just installed this system on my M3 without radar. Only has 100km on it! Every speaker works in mine, but honestly I think the sub is not worth it. Doesn't matter. You have to remove both shelves anyway. If it fits and is not damaged, go for it. If it does not fit or look good just put the 2019 speakers in the 2021 shelf.

Why not just add a couple of 4 ohm speakers to the existing shelf? Yes you have to remove it and cut a hole for the speakers but you don't have to buy a used shelf and you know it will fit.

So the noise persists with the speaker feed cable unplugged? If so unplug the amp (the power cord or remove the ground) and see if the noise is still there.

How many wires go into the amp? Try disconnecting the power wire and see if that stops it. Then try disconnecting the signal input wires. You need to figure where the hiss is generated. It is not rocket science.

I was going to buy this system. I have found Todd to be responsive. Maybe is out of town? Here's my take. Not sure where the Alpine amp is in your car. It should power off if you are not playing music. I would expose it and check to see if the power light goes off when the stereo is switched...

I have a 2021 M3. I see ads everywhere for aftermarket weather stripping to stop noise. I know that some did this to early M3's. Has anyone done this to there 20/21 models and if so did it make any difference to the noise at speed?

When you plugged in all the connectors did you tap into all 14 speakers plus the ICE connector? I have been told by Hansshow that it does but their staff do not seem to have great product knowledge. There is a huge difference in my mind between controlling all the speakers an just the front 6.

So no lumbar support or auto dimming mirror on these cars? Has anyone heard these were canceled?

I understand that on the full system that the amps talk to each other with A2B protocol. Tough to reproduce. Have you listened to the LR stereo and compared it to the results that you achieved? Would love to hear you thoughts on this.
