I just went for the Parkworld 10-30 to 10-30 and 14-50 splitter. It comes with a ground lead that needs to be plugged in, for the Gen 2 mobile adapter to work. Got the 20ft. 14-50extension cable. Cost about $220 for the 3 parts. Made a vid on how I set it up:

I hope Tesla considers a pay per use model in addition to the subscription. Charge me by the minute every time I engage FSD. The subscription model is a bit of a blunt instrument when compared to a pay for use model.

At this moment, seeing 5 MYs in Seattle inventory, ( not including the demo ). After payment on 06/16, I got a 06/23 home delivery date for my Inventory purchase VIN 212XXX.

Just did the same and there were 4 Model Y in Seattle area available. (now 3) I just picked up a LRMY, white/black, 21”, 5 seat, tow, no FSD, performance and canceled my order from 05/03. Got the VIN number already.
