Alright, I picked mine up. No issues, not a thing wrong. Was clean save for a few water spots. All in all, good experience. Car drives awesome. Used auto steer on highway and side streets without issue.

Man, I got a vin and haven’t heard a damn thing from my SA. Like come on now man. I called and left a message, supposed to get back to me in 24 hours and yep… not a thing.
I got a vin and all but no virtual orientation..
I mean I’ve watched enough videos that I could essentially conduct the thing, but still some FOMO on my end

I checked my account page, got the Tesla vision dealy and there it was. Nothing from my SA (as per usual), I emailed the office directly to see if I get a response.
Too look at it from another standpoint, we are buying a premium product. We are not being unreasonable when we ask for some measure of customer service.
