There is no such thing as cooled seats for Model Y. It was a copy-paste mistake. They copied Model S’s manual where it talked about v11 and simply pasted it on Model Y’s manual.

They should put those as test drive vehicles. All showroom cars and test drive cars here in South Florida have AMD.. Make it make sense…

I bet there’s a bunch on uninformed customers that get a VIN and are just happy without knowing anything about chips and batteries. They’re fine.

I cannot understand the way Tesla handles things. I went to 3 different stores in Miami and they all have Performance Ys with AMD chips available as test drive vehicles. Why not just send the ones with Intel chips to stores and deliver the AMD ones to consumers? What the f? It makes zero sense.

In the US they have been doing them in the front for almost a year now. My 21’ LR that I got in May had it. In China they started doing them in the back as well but so far not in the US.

The rep I spoke to suggested placing a hold until March 1st if I don’t want to get matched with another Intel…
