Auto steer requiring a firm grip all the time

I have had the car for 3 years and I have been using auto steer regularly. "Something" changed over the past month that is requiring excessive pressure on the steering wheel. I cannot even lift two fingers off to use the turn signal. This is not what happened before.

Auto steer requiring a firm grip all the time

My model 3 is giving me “issues” with auto steer, it’s requiring a firm grip on the steering wheel at ALL times. If I lift a finger to use the turn signal it starts to complain about keeping hands on the steering wheel. Anyone else having this issue? Running 2022.16.2. I usually use just my left...

From San Jose, CA to Los Angeles, CA

I am planning my first long distance electric road trip in my Tesla Model 3 mid-range. With 100% charge I get 225 miles. I plan on leaving San Jose on Friday the 1st at 6AM and returning on Monday the 4th, leaving Los Angeles at 3PM. Since this is my first electric road trip of this distance...

What good is the credit at the rate in force if they are paying 4 cents no matter the time? I don’t quite follow.

New Powerwall Advanced Options [Toggles for charging from and discharging to grid from powerwalls]

I have 2 Tesla Powerwalls and Tesla Solar Panels as well. I have set my Tesla app on time based control, this allows me to use the Powerwall during peak hours. I leave a reserve of 40% in my Powerwall, for emergency purposes. From late April to September we get plenty of sunshine, so the Solar...

    Charging turning on/off frequently

It may have something to do with scheduled departure time. I disabled that and it's working fine. I switched from scheduled departure to scheduled charging. I think with scheduled departure Tesla "tests" the level 2 charger, perhaps by turning it on/off repeatedly. Or maybe there is a bug in the...

    Charging turning on/off frequently

It's been working fine for over 3 years, started happening in the past month or so. Good idea on reducing the voltage, let me try that out. Thanks! I did reach out to Clipper Creek, hope to hear from them soon.

Thanks! I sent them a service message. Hope they don't charge me, my car is out of warranty.

    Charging turning on/off frequently

My Tesla 3 charging flips rapidly between on/off when I initially plug it in to charge using the SAE J1772 Charging Adapter, and my Level 2 Clipper Creek HCS-40, 32 amp EV Charging Station at home. I have to unplug an replug the adapter a few times for the charging to continue normally. I have...

    SolarEdge Inverter Replacement

My SolarEdge inverter died in December and Tesla is saying that have no ETA on when they can get a replacement. Most unprofessional and useless company I have done business with. Anyone else knows how long it takes to get it replaced?
