Handles won't retract, door pops open sometimes while driving at low speeds. (Passenger door and handle)

Wow yeah yours look fine pretty much. You can see my picture, yours looks flush while mine has a few inches bumped up where it's not flush.

Put the rear seats down and check the seam between the rear cargo and the rear seats. Mine was flat on the left side but arching upwards towards the right.

I'm at 21 days and definitely 3 documented attempts to fix the AP camera calibration. I'd probably count this wait time right now as being out-of-service as well, it's ridiculous they're putting me in a 2-week queue to fix a door that pops open while driving.

They really screwed up QC this time. Best choice might just be to move S/X production to Giga Austin.

Can someone link me to some photos on black interior deliveries? I found one before but lost it... Searching 'black interior' on this thread and not finding anything also. Thanks.

Anyone here took delivery of a black interior Plaid S yet that can share some photos/videos? A lot of videos and photos online for the white/carbon fiber but haven't found any for black. Have to say though the carbon fiber looks a lot better in the actual videos and photos than Tesla's...

Hey, were you able to upload your current insurance and Tesla was okay with it? I haven't uploaded any since it said 'Your Tesla VIN must be listed on your policy' and I obviously don't have my VIN yet.

Hm... I'm honestly just going to wait for after June 10 and see what happens. My delivery date also changed 3 times over this week so I'm not holding out much hope on it being accurate either. If you don't have a delivery date it might be you're assigned an earlier batch that would actually...

RN1148, ordered in April. Plaid S with Black/CF Interior. Was June 23-30, changed to July 04-23. Now showing August. So does look like all carbon fiber / white seats are definitely after August? Regardless of order date?

Tesla uses the white interior in all their marketing photos and renders of the car as well. You'd think they would actually produce the interior they're pushing people into choosing? 🤔 If they were some other manufacturer that had to pre-produce cars by estimation before having them on sale...

No clue. You could ask that for any other Tesla feature though XD I just want them to deliver the damn car at this point.

I imagine it could be a double joint plate that swivels the display out? Like in many cameras (But sideways instead of vertical): Unlikely it's a fixed center swivel as the side trims would block parts of the display with any angle of swivel. The display definitely has to swivel outwards...

Black CF. I order in April where all Plaid trims came with CF standard and there was no choice. Looking at the configurator now and it says that white / CF deliveries begin in August. Not sure if this applies to new orders only or what, but seems weird that Tesla is offering people who buy wood...

For me it was 10-14 weeks, August - September, June, June 1 - June 30, Blank, August, Blank, and now June 23 - June 30... LOL. I assume you'd get an update to June 23 - June 30 soon as well. Which makes sense, if they're starting the deliveries on the June 10 delivery event, and it takes...

Hey all! Owned a 2013 Model S 70D while abroad in Hong Kong (still do). Now moving back to the US and Pennsylvania for work and have a new Model S Plaid ordered! Hopefully arriving sometime in June. Will be immediately taking it on a roughly 1400 mile road trip back to my home state of Texas...
