Does anyone know if Tesla dealers are open or closed today? I can't decide if mine is not answering the phone because they are so busy or because they are closed.

Hi everybody, Got my VIN on Friday and a text today with a link to schedule my pickup appointment. Upon clicking the link it takes me to a page that says there are no appointments currently available and to check back at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. For those that have been through this process before...

Out of curiosity, did you have a trade in and if so, did you have to give the SA the vehicle registration to your trade in? I see that they are asking for that and I've never had to do that with any of my previous trade-ins and just curious why they need it.

So here's a question. I have my VIN now and estimated delivery has changed from June 13-30 to May 30-June 4. But I see no option to "schedule" the pickup yet. Does that still happen later? Would it make sense that the earliest it could get scheduled would be Tuesday due to the holiday?

Yeah, no one is alone. My wife literally thinks I'm the most annoying person on the planet talking about this every day. Today I got my VIN and she said, "OMG does that mean you're going to shut up now or soon?!"

GOT MY VIN TODAY! Estimated delivery between May 30 and June 4!! WOOT!

Ordered on 4/30 a long range Y and called today for a status update. The SA said I'm "available to match" and is expecting a VIN to be assigned in the next week and delivery to be 1-2 weeks thereafter. The EDD on my account matches his statement (June 13-30). I ordered it in Schaumburg, IL.

Yeah, I hear yah, but I think that there is a lot more to it than when you ordered. Its the model you choose, the trim/color options, and where you are in the world. But it still stings, for sure. What we all have to remember is that it is in Tesla's best interest to get all these cars...
