I think we're all going crazy about VIN numbers and delivery dates. It won't change anything about getting your (my) car. But I still refresh my account page every hour hoping to get good news. AAAHHHH!!!

Just put a deposit on getting full PPF with Ceramic coating on my Mod 3 the day it is delivered. They said it would take about a week to do the PPF. I told him it will kill me to have to wait another week to drive my car ;)

Connecticut doesn't allow auto manufacturers to sell cars directly. They want to protect dealers. I did a test drive of the M3LR at the only service center in CT and then had to go home to order the car online. I also need to take delivery in NY about 1.5 hrs away.

I got a better offer from Carmax on my 2017 Prius Prime than Tesla's offer. Going to sell it to Carmax after I get delivery. DD still shows June 17-30.

I'm looking at paint protection options. Thinking about doing a full PPF right after delivery. My current car has plenty of stone chips which I hate. I live in the northeast so winter is brutal with road sand and salt.

I really wasn't expecting it to give me a date that quickly. I expect it will change some more. I expect I'll get delivery before the end of June since Tesla will want to deliver as many cars as they can before the end of the quarter. Fingers crossed.
